£40,000-£45,000 + up to £10,000 Bonus Benefits:
Fully Expensed Hybrid Car & Full Benefits The role of the Area Sales Manager will involve: Field sales role, selling company's distributed range of Roofing Sheet, Rooflights and Roofing Accessories. Promoting a huge portfolio of products. Selling into 70% builders merchants and 30% roofing merchants. Responsible for circa 200+ builders merchants/ roofing merchants accounts, visiting those with a minimum £2,000 turnover - circa 80 merchants. Inherit a turnover between £3m-£4m, currently performing in line with budget expectations. Working for a market leading national plastics distributor. Launching a wide range of new products, providing large scope for business development. The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager with: Experience selling to builders merchants or roofing merchants. Open to all building product backgrounds. Strong business development and relationship building skills. High energy levels and enthusiasm. A proactive mindset. Desire to progress in career. 2-3 years proven field sales territory management experience. CRM proficiency and strong numeracy, IT, communication & organisational skills.
