Our Catastrophic Injury team is nationally recognized for its expertise in complex injury claims. A unique feature of our service is our Medical Rehabilitation Manager (MRM) team. This team consists of healthcare professionals with nursing, rehabilitation, and case management experience, ensuring the highest standard of support for clients. As a Medical Rehabilitation Manager, you will identify serious medical issues early, support cost-effective case management strategies, and collaborate with legal advisors and clients (primarily insurers). This is a mostly remote role with occasional travel into a DWF office. Responsibilities

Advising on rehabilitation strategies. Reviewing causation and medical records. Instructing expert providers. Supporting complex injury cases, including traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Educating and training legal advisors and clients. What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential Registered healthcare professional with a recognized professional body. Tangible experience in critical care, spinal injury, or brain injury. Case management experience (insurance experience is a plus but not essential). Strong communication and organizational skills. What we offer?
