The post holder will be a front-line member of a team providing administrative support to the CAMHS senior leadership team, Operational Managers and the CAMHS Personal Assistant (PA). They will provide an efficient and effective administrative support service with excellent communication skills. They will present in a professional manner, be tactful and diplomatic, exercising excellent communication skills to uphold the positive image of the team, and of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will support and work with embedded systems and processes ensuring an efficient service and will be confident and adept at problem solving techniques with some level of appropriate decision-making skills. The role will involve liaison with internal Pennine Care staff, external stakeholders and on some occasions service users and their families.
