We are seeking an IT savvy SAP System Tester to join our well-established supply chain and logistics client. Paying an attractive salary of £31,650 per annum, you will ensure customer requirements are seamlessly translated and integrated into their SAP system. Acting as the critical link between IT and warehouse operations, you will play a key role in managing imports, exports, stock control, and inventory processes to meet customer needs efficiently.

This role will also be instrumental in onboarding new customers, process testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Process Testing:

Validate IT-provided solutions by testing processes to ensure they function effectively for both the customer and business operations. Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and solve complex system issues impacting logistics operations. Customer Engagement:

Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand and deliver on their operational requirements. Inventory Management:

Lead cycle counting, stock control, and data-driven inventory analysis. Process Analysis:

Identify and propose improvements based on system data insights. Customer Onboarding:

Support the seamless implementation of new customer accounts in warehouse operations. Reporting:

Maintain and manage test matrix documentation. Collaboration:

Work closely with SAP teams across international locations to ensure operational alignment. Operator Support:

Provide expert SAP support to warehouse operators and teams. Process Improvement:

Present optimisation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives for clients and internal stakeholders. Training & Development:

Create and deliver SAP training programs to enhance the skills of warehouse support teams. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as an IT savvy SAP System Tester, ideally in a logistics or warehouse environment (SAP ERP & WMS essential). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve system-related issues. Experience collaborating with customers and resolving operational challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP WMS, and Power BI. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. What We Offer:
