We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and creative person, with a clear attention to detail and an excellent technical background, to lead the delivery of presentational technology within our next exciting project. What you'll be doing: Lead the architectural design and implementation of UI, technical art and audio. Provide inspirational day-to-day team management, through coaching, support and a positive team culture. Work with artists, UX designers and audio designers to understand and realise their creative aspirations. Champion and help define technical best-practice within Game Technology. Skills required: Excellent C++ skills with the ability to write readable/maintainable code. Strong debugging and analytical skills. Good technical verbal and written communication. Experience required: Managing, mentoring and/or coaching members of a technical team. Collaborating closely with other disciplines to deliver high-fidelity UI, UX, technical art and/or audio for commercially-available games. Implementing, debugging and rectifying code in a multithreaded environment.
