We are looking for an experienced Security Operations professional with strong knowledge of both the Microsoft Security stack and Splunk, who enjoys the pace of managed security services and can collaborate with customers and their suppliers to lead and evolve Security Operations capabilities. Ideally, you will have at least 4 years’ experience working within Cyber Security, both within a Security Operations Centre and elsewhere within the wider operational sphere. Demonstrable experience with both customer and stakeholder management is a must, coupled with a versatility of thought and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing requirements of this role.

What you’ll be doing This role will see the successful candidate fully manage the technical relationship between a customer and their managed security service provided by Bridewell. Taking ownership for technical queries, escalations, projects, and improvements, as well as continuously maintaining and growing the service offered to our customers, the successful candidate will marry a deeply technical knowledge with a people-focused vision.

This role is unique in its function and is designed to highly integrate with all other Bridewell Managed Security Service functions to promote cross-team collaboration, thought leadership, and continue to demonstrate expertise to our customers.

The following are a sub-set of the tasks you will be responsible for: Diagnose and solve critical customer security problems including but not limited to Incidents and Project blockers Support complex threat hunts tailored to intelligence-led threats Quality assure all items related to your customer provided by our service Provide oversight of all major incidents and RCAs Drive high-quality automation focused on decreasing incident dwell time and manual analyst activities Design and drive content development strategies and internal projects focused on innovating the service offering Provide technical oversight of all customer onboarding technical documentation What’s in it for you?
