Job Title: Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer
We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the Chief of Staff to our Chief Customer Officer. This is a critical role that will drive growth and customer satisfaction at Beam, a leading UK social impact tech startup. This role is key to expanding our commercial and social footprint through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities: Drive commercial and social expansion through software customer success and strategic account management Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement customer growth strategies Oversee an experiment roadmap to enhance user engagement Ensure seamless experience for partners and users across functions Key Qualifications: Leadership experience in a quota-carrying role (e.g., Head of Sales or CS) Proven track record in high-growth VC-backed companies Experience hiring top talent and implementing scalable processes About Our Team: We are a dynamic team of over 150 professionals working from our Shoreditch office and remotely.
