Have experience shipping complex yet customer-centric products in a fast-growing company Have worked in the financial, Artificial Intelligence (AI) or risk-analytical sectors Have a good understanding of the AI and data product lifecycle, spanning from data discovery, data processing, model development, model deployment, and model monitoring Have a desire to lead and mentor multiple Product Managers across domains and know how to support and develop your team members whilst driving from the front Have an understanding of domain driven design Be data-driven, passionate about metrics, and intellectually honest about how your product is performing Embrace a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement Balance innovative thinking with the ability to earn trust across the broader organisation by delivering business outcomes Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distil a complex topic in a simple, easy-to-understand recommendation for stakeholders Demonstrate strong presentation and storytelling skills with an ability to take people on a journey from the very beginning Have significant independence/ownership for your product area Want to succeed in an environment where change and momentum are part of the culture that has made us successful How we expect you to behave
