If you've been working in the Prime or Super Prime Residential market for 5 or more years, and want to take on more responsibility managing a team of two Estimators below you, this could be the one for you.
Excellent progression route to working alongside the Directors.
Day-to-day estimating, pricing up packages, speaking with sub-contractors and specialist trades, procurement, negotiating prices, competitive tendering, all within the Luxury Residential market.
Working for this business will see you joining somewhere that is tried and tested, having been running for over two decades, they certainly know what they're doing.
Most of the Senior Members have been with the business for over a decade and have no intention of leaving as they're well looked after and get to work with the best.
With the Head Office in West London, this role would be predominantly office based there, with site visits when required, and the occasional trip out to the regional offices in Surrey.
Salary for this position is around £100,000 + package.
