Finance Director

to join our dynamic team. As we continue to grow and expand, we need a forward-thinking individual to oversee and lead the financial operations across our UK division. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance function, providing strategic direction and ensuring financial sustainability across the business. Develop and execute financial strategies to support Nordomatic’s growth objectives and drive profitability. Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term financial goals, forecasting, and performance metrics. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable insights to improve operations and business decision-making. Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management functions to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Continuously assess and streamline financial operations to ensure best practices are in place and Nordomatic remains competitive. What We’re Looking For: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a senior finance leadership role. Strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, ideally in the technology, engineering, or construction sectors. A strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term while managing short-term financial performance. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage a team. A solid understanding of financial systems and processes, with a focus on streamlining operations to gain a competitive edge. Familiarity with the competitive landscape in building automation, energy efficiency, or related industries would be an advantage.
