As part of the Programmatic Trading team you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of all operational and analytical functions, as well as contributing to the development and execution of the overall business unit. Some of your key duties will include: Develop and execute programmatic trading strategies across various digital advertising platforms. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our programmatic advertising products, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Utilise advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets related to digital advertising campaigns, audience behaviour, and content performance. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients. Qualifications

We're looking fora strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience: A passion for digital technology is essential. Highly numerate with the ability to understand and interpret data. Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem (ad-serving, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, exchanges, etc) Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especially Excel or Sheets). Experience of using analytical or digital advertising software. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment. Work well in a team environment, some of whom are located in other areas of the UK. Additional Information
