UKI Marketing Campaigns Manager Office Location: London Westgate (hybrid, 2-3 days in office) Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated marketing campaigns manager to join our team and help us to accelerate Worldpanel’s position in the UK and Ireland. This role is critical in helping us to maintain and defend our position as the shopper and consumer behaviour experts in an extremely competitive marketplace. As the competition continues to increase, this role will be crucial in supporting the team to develop and implement the marketing strategy and initiatives to maintain and boost our visibility and credibility with clients and prospects. As the campaigns manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and support our business objectives. You will bring new perspectives and approaches and be responsible for overall campaign management, including market research, target audience segmentation, content development and execution, digital marketing campaign performance and optimisation, reporting and recommendations. You will also support the commercial teams, creating best-in-class sales enablement material and content to support them in commercial conversations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying your expertise to get results. This role will report into the UKI Marketing Lead, and with support from the team to develop and implement initiatives that help us to raise awareness of our products and services, acquire new clients and retain existing clients. Role Description

Marketing campaigns: Create and implement local demand generation campaigns to drive leads for the commercial teams, working with agencies and local commercial teams. Create and implement the roll out of product marketing campaigns and new product launches, in collaboration with UKI Marketing Lead, product and commercial partners, designed to drive adoption and revenue growth. Research and develop effective value propositions and messaging for target audiences/verticals. Implement activation of regional thought leadership campaigns locally, tailoring to meet business needs and activating through all relevant channels to drive client engagement and commercial conversations. Conduct market research and work with teams to analyse consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviours. Identify new inbound and outbound marketing activities to deliver flow of qualified leads. Develop a deep understanding of local client needs, using client survey results and verbatims, as well as the sales teams’ local knowledge and experience. Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, list building, A/B testing, deployment, reporting and analysis. Build, test and optimise paid campaigns across channels, including digital, social media, paid search, etc. Collaborate with creative teams and/or agencies to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion. Analyse, measure and optimise all stages of the UKI marketing funnel across web, email, social, search, paid campaigns etc. Develop and continuously optimise lead scoring/routing models and always-on campaigns, ensuring seamless lead handoff from marketing to sales. Track campaign performance, analyse data and metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation alongside return on investment reporting. Support UKI Marketing Lead with competitive intel, conducting market research and competitor analysis and collaborating with commercial team to seek opportunities to differentiate ourselves and ensure relevant and timely competitive intel releases to the business. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive campaign innovation. Actively build collaborative relationships with partners across the local businesses as well as with marketing and COE colleagues. Sales enablement: Create compelling marketing collateral and sales enablement materials to support the needs of the commercial teams that clearly communicate our USPs, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and positioning. Support commercial teams with any additional content needs to promote our products and services such as articles, videos, web copy, case studies and other marketing materials. Ensure that all client-facing materials such as presentations, RFPs, etc., are on brand and consistent across the market. Podcast: Support the UKI Marketing Lead with the podcast series including content ideation, coordination, briefing, delivery, reporting aligned to highlight expertise, and products/services aligned to business priorities, with support from the Content & Events COE. Role Requirements & Capabilities

Strong experience in a similar marketing role with demonstrable experience managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue and results. Solid understanding of buyer personas, demand generation and the B2B marketing funnel. Previous marketing automation and CRM management experience, Sitecore/Salesforce/Salesforce Engagement Account/Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (including paid campaigns, SEO and SEM, etc) and analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an influential and collaborative communicator. Capacity for both big-picture thinking and tactical execution. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. The ability to adapt quickly, establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships at all levels in a proactive manner. Strong attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative and enjoy working and excelling as part of a team. Experience working with distributed stakeholder teams and collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, sales and product management. Highly analytical with strategic attitude. Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data. Proactive in seeking out solutions to business problems and bringing approaches to the organization.
