As a Technical Architect, you will provide bid support to the sales team, produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), and assist the engineering team in creating Low Level Designs (LLDs). Depending on weekly requirements and meetings, this hybrid role allows you to work flexibly from home, the office, and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Design:
Support the design process, including the development of HLDs, participating in reviews, and documenting relevant inputs. Produce all High Level Design documentation as required, ensuring effective handover to Service Operations for build and support activities.
System Installation:
Ensure all appropriate installation documentation is produced and aligns with the HLD.
