Join a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers fully managed secure ICT services to the UK's Defence and Security sectors, as well as other government departments with complex and demanding security requirements. The team designs and architects networks, security, and infrastructure systems in highly classified environments, working alongside some of the UK's top defence companies to create cutting-edge solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will provide bid support to the sales team, produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), and assist the engineering team in creating Low Level Designs (LLDs). Depending on weekly requirements and meetings, this hybrid role allows you to work flexibly from home, the office, and customer sites. Key Responsibilities: Design:

Support the design process, including the development of HLDs, participating in reviews, and documenting relevant inputs. Produce all High Level Design documentation as required, ensuring effective handover to Service Operations for build and support activities.

System Installation:

Ensure all appropriate installation documentation is produced and aligns with the HLD.

Technical Expertise: Networking Firewalls Servers VMWare Anti-Virus Cybersecurity Required Skills: Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar) General experience across the listed technologies (expertise in all not required) Proven experience with High Level Design (HLD) Benefits: Long-Term Sickness/Disability Insurance: A long-term insurance policy providing crucial support to employees unable to work due to illness or injury.
