Delivery Lead
to deliver progress on Net Zero across all Scopes, working to scale within a company that employs over 35,000 staff in the UK and approximately 350,000 globally. Please note, while this role is UK only, the UK Division will have some interaction with the wider ISS Group. Leveraging buy-in from an array of senior stakeholders, you will advance the Net Zero Strategy and turn the plan into practical, discernible action that will have a tangible result across the full organization, focusing on internal functions from IT to P&C, Payroll, Procurement, etc. Reporting directly to the Sustainability Director and line managing a small team of passionate Sustainability professionals, this is a fantastic role where you will be empowered to deliver Net Zero work within a truly major market leader in the built environment space. Actions will include: Develop and lead the implementation of the Iplus, K&I net-zero strategy, ensuring alignment with group/global, customer, and wider stakeholder climate goals. Accountable for the measurement, tracking, and reporting of the company’s GHG/carbon footprint, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and lead the implementation of publicly reported Transition Plan (UKI) and Carbon Reduction Plans (subsidies) to enable the delivery of Net-Zero and related targets. Working across a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of ISS UK&I Net Zero targets in line with the to-be-developed timeline, program plan, and UKI transition plan. Drive the policies, processes, and standards across business stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, People & Culture, Risk) that enable/deliver the transition to a low-carbon (and circular) economy. Assess and manage climate-related risks and opportunities, integrating them into the company's overall risk management framework. Develop and lead the implementation of contract-level GHG/Carbon reporting to deliver increasingly accurate Scope 3.1 reports for customers. Support with the creation and implementation of standardized processes to support the delivery of multiple projects in multiple parts of the ISS UK&I enterprise; plus coordination with the wider group.
