Madison Berkeley is thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK's largest family offices, which has invested over £1bn in the UK real estate market and remains deeply committed to further investment in the sector, with substantial capital ready to be deployed. They are seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team, ideally with 1-3 years of experience. The role offers exposure to a broad range of sectors, with a focus on value-add opportunities, providing the successful candidate with significant insight and experience across the UK real estate market.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Investment Analysis and Documentation : Drafting investment memorandums, creating cash flow models, and conducting development appraisals to evaluate the financial feasibility of potential real estate investments. Occupational Underwriting Support : Assisting with the underwriting process by liaising with letting agents, gathering lease comparables, and compiling supply schedules to assess market trends and tenant occupancy potential. Due Diligence for Transactions : Supporting property-level due diligence for both acquisitions and disposals, ensuring thorough analysis of financial, legal, and operational aspects. Deal Pipeline Management and Reporting : Managing and updating the deal pipeline database, while preparing annual portfolio performance reports to track and analyze investment outcomes.
