An opportunity has been created for a Finance Transformation Manager to join a leading global £multi-billion turnover Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia-PAC markets. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Transformation Manager

Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, from scoping to implementation. Identify areas for improvement within the finance function, such as reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Ensure the successful adoption of new digital tools across the finance team. Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and recommend enhancements. Map existing finance processes and identify inefficiencies. Develop standard operating procedures for new processes. Ensure finance processes are compliant with local and global regulations. Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new processes and systems. Engage with senior leadership to align finance transformation initiatives with business goals. Provide training and support to finance teams on new tools and ways of working.

Skills & Attributes of the Finance Transformation Manager

Professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent). Experience in a Big 4 or large professional services firm is highly desirable. Strong understanding of financial processes, including P&L management, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting, and compliance. Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects in a finance setting. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong change management skills, ensuring successful adoption of new processes. Ability to quickly identify pain points in existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
