KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Managing the implementation process of a revised reporting structure across all MEP Design & Construction and retail projects Manage aspects of MEP quantity surveying and cost consultancy including pre and post contract duties. Assist in producing MEP cost estimates and cost plans. Input to the tender process, review and analyse MEP tender returns and support recommendations to the client as well as advice on MEP package procurement routes. Producing guidance notes on the reporting structure so that clients and vendors ensure they are all adequately trained on the reporting process. Stakeholder management through chairing of client meetings, presenting findings from the data reported on by vendors within region. Publishing and presenting monthly reports, monthly programme dashboards and bi-weekly status reports. Regular interaction with vendor representatives working collaboratively with each vendor to ensure they are able to effectively report on their projects. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full MEP project life cycle Professionally qualified (RICS, CIBSE or similar) Degree or HNC level qualification Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients Knowledge & contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below) Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
