Head of Enterprise Architecture We've partnered with a speciality insurance broker in the city who are seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture to drive strategy and transformation across UK and international operations. You'd be the first person into a new function, with an opportunity to influence and shape architecture governance, standards and direction. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement enterprise architecture strategy. Develop reusable architecture models and streamline processes. Improve business information efficiency and reliability. Lead solution design and review for strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies. Foster innovation and continuous improvement. Manage a matrix team of architects across various domains. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in enterprise architecture leadership. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and tools (e.g., LeanIX, Planview). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in London Market Specialty Insurance is a must, ideally in broking.
