We put people first by delivering safe, decent homes and excellent housing services through our talented Aspire Team of over 400 colleagues. Now is an exciting time to join Aspire as we have just launched our new Corporate Plan for 2024–2030 which sets out what we want to achieve, focusing on maximizing social and economic impact to enhance community prosperity for our customers. This includes delivering nearly 500 new homes and investing £77 million in improving our existing properties over the next six years. To achieve our strategic objectives, we recognize the importance of strong and effective leadership, as well as financial strength. To help us reach these goals, we are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic individual with Executive level expertise in social housing finance to join our Board and also our Audit and Risk Committee. Someone with energy, ambition, strategic leadership, and a strong team player, with a commitment to Aspire’s values. Previous non-executive experience is not essential, as we provide a rigorous induction programme and tailored support for new board members. We are committed to the importance of a diverse board and workforce, who can help ensure we make sound decisions that are representative of our communities.
