23643_222972306 Job Details: Job Specification: Northern Regional Sales Manager Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager ideally with proven experience in the powered access industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of powered access equipment, market trends, and customer needs. Working with 4 national depots, you will be working closely with the general managers and overseeing the ASMs. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales plans.

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and manage a sales team. Set clear goals and objectives, providing regular feedback and performance reviews. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success.

Sales Process Management:

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills Proven track record in sales management within the powered access or related industry (e.g., construction equipment, plant hire). Strong knowledge of powered access equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable: Experience working with key manufacturers in the powered access industry. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations. Existing network of industry contacts. Why Join Us?
