Overview An industry-leading commercial office fit-out contractor, one of the most recognisable names in the London Fit-out market, is looking to add an Intermediate / Commercial Manager to their team. You will be managing the commercial activities on high-quality, innovative fit-out solutions that enhance workplace environments. Job Description They are seeking an Intermediate Commercial or Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing commercial activities across various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Project Management:

Oversee the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. Financial Management:

Prepare, monitor, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project life cycle. Contract Administration:

Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring terms are favourable and risks are minimised. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure effective communication and alignment on project deliverables and timelines. Cost Control:

Conduct regular cost analysis and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards. Reporting:

Provide timely and accurate reports on project financial performance, including monthly management accounts and forecasts. Team Leadership:

Support and mentor junior commercial staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the fit-out and refurbishment sector. Strong understanding of commercial contracts and financial management principles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
