We are looking for a Remedial Engineer to join our growing Installations Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Visiting customer homes and building sites, identifying potential issues and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and quality standards. Demonstrating and explaining product care to customers. Being customer-focused and providing a high level of service to every customer. Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner. Accurate and timely completion of paperwork. Key Skills:
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience fitting windows and doors, with at least 2 years remedial experience and will be technically competent to resolve any issues covered under our guarantees. Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing environment. Ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role. A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week. Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. A full clean driving licence is required.
