Salary: GBP50,(Apply online only) We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our client's growing Data and Analytics team. About the Role As a BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Business Intelligence solutions. Working closely with the Lead BI Developer, Data Engineers, and key stakeholders, you'll gather requirements, build certified data sets, and deliver compelling dashboards and visualisations using tools like Power BI. Your insights will help drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency across the organisation. What You'll Do Data Analysis:

Gather and analyse data from diverse sources to support decision-making while upholding data quality and privacy standards. Report Development:

Create and maintain engaging dashboards, visualisations, and reports. Data Integrity:

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through regular validation and quality checks. Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions. Support and Maintenance:

Troubleshoot and optimise existing BI solutions to ensure continued performance. Documentation:

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of BI processes, data models, and report specifications. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a Business Intelligence role. Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and database management, with hands-on experience in BI tools like Power BI. A solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
