Facilities Fabric Manager

to take the lead in maintaining and enhancing the building fabric of a prestigious venue based in Ascot, Berkshire. This role involves overseeing an in-house team, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and driving continuous improvements in facilities management. Key Responsibilities for the Facilities Fabric Manager role based in Ascot, Berkshire: Manage the building fabric, ensuring all maintenance meets legal and safety standards. Lead, support, and develop the in-house Facilities Fabric team. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including asset lifecycle planning. Oversee signage, stock control, and procurement of non-contracted consumables. Provide technical support for events. Manage outsourced contractors to maintain high standards of performance. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Engage with stakeholders to promote best practices in Facilities Management. Key Requirements for the Facilities Fabric Manager role based in Ascot, Berkshire: A minimum of 10 years experience in a building fabric trade (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent). Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. Experience with procurement, contracts, and facilities-specific software. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
