Are you an experienced contracts manager with experience on full turnkey new build construction? Would you enjoy working on bespoke modular builds?

We are looking to talk to experienced contracts managers to join a family-run business delivering bespoke modular builds across the education and commercial sectors. You will be delivering projects from inception to completion, having full responsibility and oversight of the commercial functions.

You will manage 3 to 4 live jobs at any given time, working closely with the head of construction and QS to ensure their successful delivery. They are ideally looking for someone within a 1-hour commute of their HQ in Northampton but could be open to speaking to people further afield. The successful candidate should also be happy with travelling nationwide to sites.

As a contracts manager, you will be expected to:

Manage site costs and project budgets with a strong focus on commercial performance Lead and coordinate project delivery teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication across stakeholders Be confident in managing projects up to £5m in value

We would welcome conversations with contracts managers who: Have proven experience as a contracts manager in the main contractor sector Possess a strong commercial skill set Have familiarity with ASTA Powerproject software (preferred but not essential) Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects at once Have education project experience as an advantage
