Responsibilities

Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of employment law issues. Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions on behalf of clients. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy procedures, and employment dismissals. Staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and proactively advising clients on the implications for their business. Requirements

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in employment law. Experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Contentious experience is desired but not essential. Solid understanding of UK employment legislation, case law, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
