You will work closely with our compliance team spread across the UK and Philippines to support and enhance our reporting and analytical capabilities. As part of our rapidly expanding business, you will be expected to provide methodologies, processes, and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information. Have strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate raw data into meaningful insights. Are able to spot trends or anomalies in data without a checklist or without being told what to look for. Have excellent focus and a high level of attention to detail. Are passionate about delivering excellent quality and service to our clients. Are a team player who works well within a collaborative environment. Have an inquisitive mind and willingness to learn new areas of reporting. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the client and internal team on the preparation of clear and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting. Design custom reports to showcase identified trends or to update on requested information. Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up with 60% office/40% WFH. First Line review (FLR): Review electronic and audio communications against regulatory and internal guidelines on market abuse, insider trading, and code of conduct requirements, and escalate relevant cases to business unit contacts for resolution. Complete foreign language reviews and translations, as needed (for bilingual/multilingual hires). Deliver efficient, high quality, and timely output in completing daily review allocation targets. Complete required training on review techniques, product, and regulatory developments to improve efficiency and subject matter expertise. Qualification:

Pass the CISI Introduction to Securities and Investment (Level 3) as a mandatory customer requirement during the probationary period. Other:

Complete ad-hoc monitoring/review requirements as and when required by the customer.
