This opportunity is to work with a consultancy as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This consultancy is carrying out housing projects for the local council, in particular, repairs.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work from home and go into the office in Lewisham 2-3 days per week. You will assist with quantity surveying, estimating, commercial accounting, and tendering. Your main responsibility will be to manage and assess variations. You will have the opportunity to develop and progress.
The Role:

The Person: Proven experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a related role Good understanding of the housing industry Strong analytical and numerical skills Experience with NHF Schedule of Rates Can-do attitude, with great communication skills
