The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented NQ to 2 years’ PQE Solicitor to join our expanding Contentious Probate team. You will work alongside a team of industry-leading legal professionals, including a highly respected partner with over 25 years of expertise in handling a diverse range of contentious probate matters. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of contentious probate matters, working closely with experienced partners. Handling cases efficiently and cost-effectively while ensuring top-tier client service. Maintaining the highest professional standards and adhering to the firm’s Lexcel-accredited quality standards. Engaging in business development and networking activities to support the firm's continued growth. Proactively identifying and informing clients about the full range of services offered by the firm. About You: Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE) with a strong academic background (2:1 degree or higher preferred). Experience or strong interest in Contentious Probate and Private Client disputes. ACTAPS qualification (preferred but not essential). Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and aligned with the firm’s values of excellence, integrity, and approachability. A team player with a proactive approach to business development and networking.
