Reporting directly to the HRD, the purpose of this role is to lead and evolve the organisation's strategy for Talent, Learning, and Culture, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering an environment that promotes growth, development, and a positive workplace culture. This role is responsible for designing and implementing strategies across organisation design, development, talent and succession planning, change management, performance management, learning & development, and cultivating a transformative organisational culture. The Role:

This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of how to align OD, talent, learning, and culture strategies with business objectives to drive organisational success and create a workplace where everyone can excel. Organisation Design:

Develop and implement organisational design strategies that align structure, roles, and responsibilities with business objectives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Organisation Development:

Lead organisation development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, including competency frameworks, team development, and leadership capability building. Talent and Succession Planning:

Create a comprehensive talent and succession planning strategy to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees, ensuring leadership continuity and readiness. Culture Transformation:

Champion initiatives that embed the desired organisational culture, values, and behaviours, driving engagement and aligning with the strategic vision. Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process to ensure it is constructive, aligns with strategic goals, and promotes accountability and continuous improvement. Learning & Development:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive L&D strategy, from board level to frontline, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the organisation. Change Management:

Guide the organisation through change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and support structures to facilitate smooth transitions. Strategic HR Analytics & Technology:

Leverage HR analytics & technology to inform strategies, making data-driven decisions regarding talent, learning, and culture initiatives. Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on talent, learning, and culture within a complex organisation. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing organisational design and development strategies. Experience in leading successful talent and succession planning, as well as L&D programmes that align with business goals. A history of managing change initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture. Expert knowledge in organisational design, development, talent management, and learning & development principles. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of driving culture change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in change management methodologies and performance management practices. Ability to analyse data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Excellent facilitator, coach, and mentor. Degree or Post grad level equivalent.
