About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated
Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager - Hydraulics
to support our dynamic and fast-growing engineering team with several fast-track projects underway (and continuing).
General Duties:
Manage project delivery and technical delivery to meet client and contractual requirements, including managing internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain sound client relationships.
Manage overall project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, Pressure Dynamics, and contractual requirements.
Manage the timeliness and accuracy of the project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders including clients and sites on matters that affect the project deliverables and goals.
Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.
Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.

To be a successful candidate for this position ideally you will have:
Bachelor, Diploma, or Post-graduate degree in Project Management or Engineering
PMP certification (well-regarded)
At least 4-5 years of experience in various aspects of project management
Must have experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Demonstrable ability to achieve high standards with budget and timeline constraints.
Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to change.
Strong attention to detail
Practice active listening
Hydraulics experience is preferable.
Collaborative and engaging
Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
