Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor This top law firm is seeking a defendant personal injury solicitor to join their Birmingham office. The firm is recognised as a leading legal employer, ranked in L500 and Chambers, and is expanding their insurance department. Working in a busy department, the team acts for clients across the private and public sector defending public and employers liability claims. You will be responsible for running your cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses, and undertaking your own liability investigations. The caseload is predominantly EL, PL, and highways work with some housing disrepair and property damage. You will have previous experience of managing EL/PL casualty claims.
