The Role – Engineering Manager Our client is searching for an experienced

Engineering Manager

to drive meaningful change in their engineering organisation and lead the team through growth and expansion.

For The Successful Engineering Manager, Our Client Is Offering: Up to £70,000 per annum Monday to Friday, Days Role Permanent role Generous benefits package Possible flexibility on start/finish times

Main Tasks - Engineering Manager: Leading and coordinating the engineering department for the site. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, technological advancements, and operational efficiencies within the engineering department. Managing department budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and optimising project timelines. Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team, addressing complex challenges and ensuring best practices are followed. Ensuring all engineering activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

What Our Client Is Looking For In An Engineering Manager: Qualified to degree level in Engineering – ESSENTIAL Proven experience in an engineering leadership or managerial role – ESSENTIAL Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make critical decisions under pressure. Experience with change management, resource allocation, and team development - ESSENTIAL Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
