ERP Consultant
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (plus car allowance and bonus)
Our client is a leading global supplier delivering ERP solutions. They are constantly evolving, providing opportunities for career and personal progression. As an ERP Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, assess their existing processes, and help implement or optimize ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of projects for the delivery of quality implementations and service days. Ensure best possible solutions for all clients. Deliver quality training courses. Import SQL databases, manipulate data within SQL tools and scripting. Create user guides and process documentation. Escalate all project issues and provide technical and management guidance for clients. Liaise with and assist other departments. Maximize any revenue opportunities discovered on-site.
Skills: Experience in client management within an ERP consultant role. Knowledge of a tier 2 ERP product. Confidence in delivering training and product knowledge. Familiarity with process mapping tools. Self-motivated. Strong rapport building skills with clients and internal teams. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SYSPRO is ideal. SQL Server scripting experience and data manipulation is advantageous.
