role at Medius is a critical part of the team based in Cracow. The team is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting integration between our app and customer’s ERP, focusing on D365FO, D365BC, and NetSuite. You will work alongside other departments such as R&D, 1st line Support, and Consulting to resolve complex technical issues that our customers face, improving processes and systems as you go. This position involves working from
13:00 to 21:00 , ensuring coverage during the specified hours. What you will do: Troubleshooting technical issues within the
ERP integration
area escalated to our team from other departments, Supporting customers, partners, and consultants in solving technical issues, providing
clear ,
timely , and detailed explanations, and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction, Staying up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and features relevant to our work to resolve issues efficiently and provide ongoing product improvements, Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and any relevant technical information to improve future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing within the team.
