As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. To create, execute and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. Reporting to the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager. Working closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service that is associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.
You will:
Be an exceptional individual - a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player with previous experience of delivering education expertise within a salon or beauty environment. Exhibit flexibility, a full driving license, and the ability to consistently meet and maintain high standards. Be required to stay away from home and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening. Set demanding goals and focus on quality as well as attention to detail. Enjoy defining your own role and constantly look for ways to exceed your objectives. Be passionate about exciting projects that motivate you to deliver on your daily tasks. Keep up to date with current trends, commercial and brand awareness. Have an aptitude for our profession through a true sensitivity to our products & market. Be passionate about haircare/skin care, understanding the importance of aesthetic quality and detail. Focus on achieving targets/objectives set.
You have: Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes. NVQ Level 2 & 3. Exceptional confidence and technical competence in cutting and styling. Strong communication skills at all levels. Experience of building relationships with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. An enthusiastic manner and the ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people. Strong organizational skills, diplomacy, and patience. Ability to work in an ever-changing & demanding environment.
