Workshop Controller

- Work closely with a passionate owner and a close-knit team of professionals. What You'll Be Doing: Leading & Managing
a team of 6 technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
- Get involved in diagnostics and problem-solving sessions with the team to share knowledge and enhance skills. Ensuring Quality
- Oversee the servicing and repair work on a range of vehicles, ensuring all cars meet the high standards before being sold. Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with the owner and service manager to maximize department efficiency and productivity. We're Looking for Someone Who: Has
strong technical knowledge
and ideally, is a qualified technician (though not essential). Has
excellent communication and management skills
- you know how to lead a team and foster a positive, productive environment. Has a
keen eye for detail
and can multitask under pressure. Is comfortable in a
