As a graduate joining the business, you will work closely with experienced Consultants and Partners as you progress through the training and development programme. Client visits across Europe and the US The Responsibilities: Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Working closely with managers to understand clients recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulations related to the sector you specialise in The Requirements: 2:1 or 1st class degree from a red brick university Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships Proactive and self-motivated mindset Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Seniority level
