Lead the dementia care strategy and manage daily home operations. Oversee staff recruitment, development, and retention. Maintain financial oversight, ensuring efficient operations. Prioritise health and safety for residents, staff, and visitors. Handle complaints with professionalism and support staff development. Ensure personalised, high-quality care for all residents. Lead the medication management process and maintain clear communication. Provide training and development opportunities for staff. Uphold professional standards and ensure safeguarding policies are followed. Qualifications and Experience: Level 4 or 5 qualification in Management (e.g., NVQ) is advantageous. Leadership qualifications in health and social care (e.g., ILM, NVQ Level 5). Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting. Experience in dementia care or elderly care is essential. GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent) required.
