Are you a coordinator looking for a new opportunity? Looking for your next role within customer care? Extensive experience within property maintenance? Then this role could be perfect for you! My client is seeking a proactive and experienced Aftercare Coordinator to join their busy team. You will be diagnosing defects, and supporting with the day to day management of working through and closing out of defects efficiently. The Details: £30k to £35k basic (depending on experience.) Monday-Friday working hours. Hybrid working hours with 1 day from home. Free lunch on Wednesdays. Pension Contributions. The Role: Coordinate the resolution of defects

at the time of handover and at the end of the defects period, working with the inspection teams. Oversee the Developer Aftercare teams

to ensure defects are fixed during the agreed period. Reassign defects

that are not resolved within the expected time frame. Monitor ongoing repair work

to ensure it meets contract standards. Arrange visits to your home

to review any defects, poor workmanship, or concerns you've reported. Work closely with our teams

to find solutions to any problems you experience. Keep an eye on the performance of sub-contractors

and address any recurring issues. Manage the final inspection process

at the end of the defect liability period. Report on aftercare issues

to the Aftercare Lead, including the performance of developers and inspectors. About You: Experience working for a volume house builder. Strong understanding of complicated and latent defects. Ability to work autonomously. Strong knowledge of the development and construction process. Experience using defect tracking systems such as Clixifix. Friendly, professional and approachable manner.
