Assistant Quantity Surveyor
to join a growing team based in Cheltenham. This role offers the chance to work on residential development schemes, supporting the Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor in the commercial delivery of projects. The successful candidate will assist with cost management from procurement through to the completion of sub-contract final accounts. Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the preparation and management of sub-contract tender packages. Assisting with procurement, budget analysis, and cost forecasting. Liaising with site teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Managing administrative systems, including orders, valuations, and variations. Contributing to the preparation and agreement of sub-contract final accounts. Benefits Include:

Holds an HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (or equivalent). Possesses strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Demonstrates excellent mathematical, analytical, and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Has a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset. Experience with COINS systems is desirable but not essential. This is a key role for a developer and provides a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Quantity Surveying.
