Overview:

Working closely with the Senior Business Intelligence Manager, Sales and Engineering team and commercial leaders, this role is responsible for leveraging Qlik Sense to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights and visualizations to drive business decisions. Your expertise in Qlik Sense, data analysis, and business intelligence will support various departments, ensuring data-driven strategies and operational efficiency.

Working proactively with internal stakeholders, this role will support business strategy by creating, developing, maintaining, and analyzing data to create insightful reporting. Utilizing a range of tools including BI tools and CRM tools to identify and develop key reports, communicating findings to management, identifying trends and providing key insights.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Qlik Sense. Interpret and analyze data from various sources, identifying trends and insights to support business objectives. Create ad hoc reports and respond to business inquiries promptly. Data Visualization:

Design and implement interactive and user-friendly dashboards and visualizations. Ensure the accuracy and quality of data presented in visualizations. Customize visualizations to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders. Data Management:

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Qlik Sense applications. Maintain data integrity and ensure the consistency and accuracy of data across different platforms. Perform data cleansing and prepare data sets for analysis. Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver insights that drive business performance. Provide training and support to end-users on Qlik Sense applications and data interpretation. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration and workflow automation. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Qlik Sense and data analytics. Proactively seek opportunities to improve existing processes, tools, and techniques. Participate in peer reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Job Skills & Experience Required:

Education:

(Desirable) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Level or equivalent standard of education. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience with Qlik Sense, including developing complex dashboards and reports. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Qlik Sense, including data modelling, scripting, and visualization design. Strong SQL skills and experience with database management. Familiarity with ETL processes and tools. Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices. Proficient in MS Office tools. Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Person Specification:
