A temporary opportunity has arisen for a capable Management Accountant in a not-for-profit environment, with a focus on delivering key management accounting duties and financial support. Client Details This is a well-established not-for-profit organisation that operates on a large scale. They are recognised for their commitment to making a positive impact in society and are involved in a variety of projects across the globe. Their dedicated team of professionals brings together a wealth of knowledge and experience in their respective fields. Description Preparation of monthly regional reporting packs within prescribed timetable: Prepare monthly general ledger journals as required. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts for region. Detailed analysis and investigation work as required. Produce cashflow forecasts and funding requests for regions. Manage allocated regions bank relationships. Work within a robust control environment to minimise risk of misstatements. Create, produce, manage and report upon relevant and meaningful KPI's. Provide Finance assistance to Regional Offices. Assist with the annual External Audit and Internal audit as required. Assist in the production of the local statutory accounts and annual report. Compliance with regional authorities. Awareness of changes to regional legislation that affects the organisation. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Formal accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). 3 years+ of management accounting experience. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Intrinsic attention to detail. A track record of challenging and maintaining strong financial control over multiple entities. Team player mentality. Job Offer £250 per day. 6-9 month role. Hybrid working.
