Homes for Students is one of the UK’s leading providers of student accommodation. We are looking for a Market Data Administrator to join our team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. At the centre of our data strategy we have a simple goal, to gain deep insights into our data to support our strategic decisions. You will carry out numerous administration functions within our PBSA, HMO and BTR portfolios. You will be responsible for maintaining competitor maps and associated data to help guide decision-making across the business. You will be required to maintain several trackers and share information with the wider team. This role requires a blend of analytical and administration skills. Major Duties:

Maintain and manage competitor inbox daily, categorise incoming information, and feed into different workflows Update and maintain several trackers containing competitor data Update and maintain maps containing current and pipeline schemes Use several different platforms to acquire accurate competitor information Produce weekly, quarterly and yearly reports to aid various areas of the business Ensure data requests are effectively prioritised and are actioned within the agreed SLA Work closely with colleagues to ensure business needs are met Assist with the continuous improvement, development and streamlining of processes Experience:

Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software Strong data presentation and analytical skills Strong organisational abilities Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team, whilst also expressing the initiative to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer:
