About Us We are an eCommerce Growth consultancy who help our clients

grow the right way

whatever the opportunities and challenges they face. We believe that

not all growth is good.

The wrong kind is exhausting and unfocused. Paying the long-term price for short-term decisions. Growing, but into areas that are time-consuming and unprofitable. New unknowns appear daily on the horizon. But through our knowledge and experience, we help our clients grow the right way. Because for us, growth isn’t new and disorienting. We recognize the patterns and have the answers. We’ve been there and seen it first-hand, countless times before. We make growth manageable, sustainable, profitable, and enjoyable. Our Mission To help businesses succeed by applying our hard-earned knowledge to show them the right way to grow; pitfalls avoided, no opportunity missed. At The Growth Foundation, we’re working with growing businesses; from apparel to formula one, cosmetics to championship football. We work directly with the founders, so we’re right at the heart of things and can make a real difference to what they do. Your role will include placing at all levers across the following disciplines: Product, Brand, Marketing, eCommerce Trading, Operations, Data & Insight, Tech, Finance, People, and C-Suite. You will also always be on the 'hunt' for new clients for us to partner with; this is key to the success in this role, to have the ability to develop your own business in addition to working with existing clients. Role Responsibilities: Sourcing the best talent for our clients in the eCommerce, D2C, and Retail industry. Create and post job adverts on various job boards and social media and the Recruitment ATS - Team Tailor. Proactively hunt for new business and develop our accounts. Headhunt the best in class in LinkedIn. Conduct candidate screening over the phone or on Zoom. Arrange interviews, including setting up calendar invites and sending across details. Work with clients and founders to fulfill their recruitment requirements. Build relationships with potential candidates; explain the company culture and role duties, etc. Manage your roles on our ATS Team Tailor. Work in partnership with the rest of the Recruitment team and the wider Growth Foundation consultancy. About You: 3+ years in an agency recruitment role within the eCommerce/retail/D2C sector. You have built a candidate network with marketing leaders. You’re a resourcing force to be reckoned with a passion to find the talent nobody else can. Ability to open doors and find new clients. Negotiation and influencing others comes naturally. Able to or have experience of global recruitment. Are entrepreneurial, creative, and innovative with the ability to see the bigger picture. Are able to self-manage and organize, given competing deadlines and priorities. Will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results. Confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with people at all levels. Have exceptional attention to detail. Have experience in managing senior stakeholders and applying a commercial mindset.
