Contract Start ASAP Duration: until 31 March 2026 (12+ months) Location: Remote, Swindon (Travel once a week to the office) Rate: up to £508.33 per day (inc holiday pay allowance) - base contract rate would be £434.06. CPL/Ntrinsic would run your weekly payroll for this contract, similar to an Umbrella service We are looking for a contractor for a long-term position with our client in the Financial Services sector. You will be responsible for: Leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact Being an SME, promoting collaboration and managing the team to perform Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Expert proficiency in .NET Core is required Expert level of proficiency in Amazon S3 is recommended MongoDB expert proficiency is recommended You will be required to: Develop innovative solutions to enhance application performance Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement Must Have Skills: API development using .NET Core framework 6/8, MongoDB or any other NoSQL DB Understanding of microservices architecture Good to have: AWS cloud, Lambda's Seniority Level
