BIM Manager for London Commercial Team
Salary: £60-65k
Central London - Full time, permanent
Are you a seasoned BIM Manager with a deep understanding of UK building regulations and large-scale project regulations?
As the BIM Manager at this Architect's firm, you will work closely with the Founding Director, who has a genuine passion for BIM and technology and comes from an Architectural background. This position offers opportunities for progression that could lead to a Director-level role and allows you to be a key contributor to the growth of the consultancy from both a business and project perspective.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development of detailed information models and digital twins for various purposes and ensuring smooth execution processes. This role is well suited for someone confident in managing and leading a team of dedicated Junior Revit modellers, sharing knowledge, and acting as a mentor to guide the professional development of the team.
Desired Qualifications & Experience Proficiency in Autodesk Revit - Architecture & MEP (essential) Relevant certification or degree in a related field (Architecture or MEP) Sound knowledge and understanding of BIM - processes, best practices, standards, and regulations Innovative mindset and genuine passion for BIM and Technology Strong project management skills and the ability to be client-facing and exceed expectations Proven experience managing a team Excellent communication and collaboration abilities If this sounds like you, please get in touch ASAP with your CV and some technical samples at k.rothwell@edenbrown.com.
