About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major High Voltage (up to 132kV) projects from award through to adoption. You will oversee project programmes, liaise with Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), and ensure successful handover to the Asset Management team while meeting customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage EHV projects, ensuring completion and compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Act as the main client liaison, providing regular updates and leading project kick-off and review meetings. Maintain accurate project records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure land rights, audits, and compliance requirements are met. Complete energisation approvals and oversee network operation transfers. Conduct post-project reviews to identify process improvements. Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and timelines are met.

Key Requirements: Engineering or Project Management qualification. 5+ years' experience managing projects in the utilities sector, with knowledge of HV networks. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new IT systems.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
