As

Procurement Assistant , you will: Provide support to internal operational procurement staff and Members within Fusion21’s procurement service offering. Assist in delivering procurement services, undertaking discrete tasks within the procurement process under the guidance of senior colleagues. Support a range of procurement projects, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain accurate procurement data and IT systems. Foster strong working relationships with Members and Suppliers to support operational needs. Ensure high levels of customer service and effective communication with stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement frameworks and processes. About You

The ideal candidate will have: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above). A strong interest in procurement and/or the built environment. An understanding of public sector procurement processes and regulations. Experience in undertaking procurement-related tasks (desirable but not essential). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and motivated approach to work. CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply. Experience using e-procurement portals (e.g., Delta e-Sourcing) and CRM systems. Knowledge of the built environment and the lifecycle of buildings. Why Join Fusion21?
