We are seeking a full-time, motivated, hardworking, and approachable experienced Esthetician for a beautiful clinic in West London. Minimum Requirements

Level 3 Beauty Therapy Experience in skin care/esthetic treatments Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and skin concerns. Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments. Perform treatments for various skin concerns, ensuring safe and effective use of technology. Administer microneedling procedures, tailoring techniques to individual skin types and conditions. Apply advanced skin peels, customizing formulas and methods to suit client skin types and desired outcomes. Provide advanced skincare treatments, acne treatments including comedone/milia extractions and other therapeutic procedures. Offer detailed aftercare instructions to clients. Monitor client progress and manage follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and client satisfaction. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxury experience for each client. Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and lifestyle changes that can enhance treatment results. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and advancements to provide informed advice. Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Manage client records meticulously, maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile environment. Monitor and manage inventory of skincare products, treatment supplies, and equipment. Maintain necessary certifications and licenses required for performing advanced aesthetic treatments. Comply with regulatory standards and clinic protocols. Work closely with other practitioners, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve overall clinic services.
